Objective:
- To enable the participants to perform his/her work as a professional trainer
- To learn how an adult learn and the different methods of how they learn
- To learn how to identify competency skills and its gap
- To learn how to design a course training program
- To learn how to conduct a training program effectively

Methodology:
- Short lectures, group discussion, group study, video, simulation and group presentation. At the end of Module five, all the participants will be making a 15-min presentation to meet the Malaysian Human Resource Development Board criteria of becoming a trainer.
