Throughout his career he has empowered thousands of organizations and individuals to redesign their strategies by way of his unique and inspired work. His main focus was on human capital development, competency skills development, strategic planning, financial management and strategic marketing management.

He holds a PhD in Strategic Marketing and Bachelor of Arts from USA; MBA from United Kingdom and a British Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is doing his 2nd PhD with Asia e-University due to complete by mid-2014.

His interest is leadership development, by tapping on one's potential and groom him/her to become a leader. During his free time, John lectures MBA students on Leading and Managing People; Marketing Management and International Marketing.

John is a regular conference speaker on leadership, organizational effectiveness and strategic marketing in the region. In 2010, he has received letters of commendation from the US Senate, California Assembly, Mayor of the Los Angeles City Council, Mayor of the city of Artesia, Mayor of the City of Cerritos for his continuous efforts to promote oral communication and leadership development in the global community. Currently he is serving as Toastmasters International President Elect 2011-2012.
